Service means the PStats / PSN Feed website and related interfaces (catalog, prices, forum, profiles).
User means a natural person using the Service.
Operator means the party operating the Service; see the Contact section above (e-mail and Telegram).
Content means materials you post.
By using the Service you agree to these terms. We may update them; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by the laws that apply to you.
Information about PlayStation Store listings is indicative and may differ from actual purchase terms. The Operator is not a party to purchases between you and Sony Interactive Entertainment or others. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and comply with reasonable security requests. We may suspend or delete accounts for breach, abuse, fraud or legal requirements.
You retain your rights. You grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt (e.g. thumbnails) and display Content to operate and protect the Service, including anonymised statistics.
We may remove Content that violates applicable law or these terms.
No harmful scraping, malware, unauthorised access, spam or fraud.
Our software, branding and databases are protected except as stated by law.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to direct loss caused by our material breach, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
Our Privacy Policy describes processing of personal data and your rights under applicable data-protection laws (including GDPR-style rights where they apply to you).
Mandatory laws of your country of residence apply where they cannot be validly waived. Otherwise, the relationship is governed by the laws of the Operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
