This Policy explains how the Operator processes personal data when you use the Service. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, local privacy statutes, or sector rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
Account: e-mail, username, password hash, optional profile fields.
Technical: IP address, device/browser data, cookies, timestamps, URLs.
User content: forum posts and reviews may include personal data you choose to include.
We use processors (hosting, CDN, e-mail, analytics if enabled) under contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate security. Government access only on lawful grounds.
Where data are transferred across borders, we implement safeguards required by applicable law (for example standard contractual clauses or adequacy mechanisms).
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.
We use reasonable measures such as HTTPS and password hashing.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the Operator e-mail with subject “Privacy request”. We respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed at children below the digital-consent age applicable where you live without parental involvement where required.
