This Privacy Policy describes how the Operator of the PStats / PSN Feed Service (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information. It is designed to align with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA”) and other U.S. privacy requirements where they apply, in addition to general transparency for international Users.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect identifiers (e-mail, username, IP address), commercial information (watchlists or preferences you save), internet or network activity (logs, cookies, pages viewed), and content you post (forum posts, reviews, profile bio or avatar).
Directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and in limited cases from processors assisting us (e.g. hosting, e-mail delivery, analytics if enabled).
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers under contracts that limit their use, or when required by law. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under the CCPA unless we provide a clear opt-out mechanism and notice as required.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it where feasible.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures such as HTTPS and password hashing. No method is 100% secure.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, delete, correct, and to limit use of sensitive personal information (where applicable), and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorised agent where permitted by law. We will verify requests as required by the CCPA.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under sixteen (16) as those terms are defined under the CCPA. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of law, contact us.
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our processors operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated date.
