Service means the PStats / PSN Feed website and related interfaces, including catalog pages, price information, forum, profiles and other features offered by the Operator.
User means a natural person who uses the Service. Where the Service requires an age threshold, the User represents they meet it (see Section 12).
Account means credentials and related data stored after registration.
Content means materials you post (text, images, files).
By using the Service you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by applicable law.
The Service provides informational features about PlayStation Store listings and related community tools. Information may differ from actual storefront purchase terms. The Operator is not a party to purchases between you and Sony Interactive Entertainment or others.
PlayStation, PSN and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your password, and notify us of unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, fraud or security concerns.
You retain your rights in your Content. By posting, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt (e.g. thumbnails), display and distribute your Content solely to operate, improve and protect the Service, including aggregated statistics where anonymised.
You represent you have the rights to post your Content and that it complies with law and this Agreement.
We may remove or restrict Content that violates this Agreement or law, or upon credible requests from authorities or right holders. We may notify you where reasonable.
No scraping or automation that harms the Service without written permission; no malware, unauthorised access, spam, phishing or fraud.
Except for your Content and open-source components, the Service software, branding and databases are protected. Do not copy or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THAT CASE OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

For Users who are residents of the United States, unless mandatory consumer law of your state provides otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for disputes arising out of this Agreement.
For Users outside the United States, mandatory consumer and data-protection laws of your country of residence may still apply.
The Service is intended for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a U.S. resident between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17), you may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent where required by law.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
